Hello.
To my knowledge, geiko Sayaka is still active. Geiko Kyouka retired shortly after Miyako Odori in 2014. I do recall reading about Tsurui having twin shikomi a long time ago but as far as I know they never debuted. After Satsuki, Tsurui had Sachiho (retired), then two shikomi of which one became geiko Marika and the other one is now geigi Shichiha in Kanazawa, and recently Mitsuki and Asuka.
