Geiko Satoka 里香 debuted in Miyagawacho recently (SOURCE)
Satoka has never been a maiko though; she debuted directly as a geiko because she is probably over 20 years old. In that case it is not suitable to use a misedashi or erikae term for her debut - it’s kind of another, mysterious thing which happens rarely.
I heard it’s usual to still call it a misedashi because it’s a debut after all.
